DUES

Membership in the Kings Pointe HOA costs $15 per year. Dues are prorated for residents who join during the membership year (January to December). Make out your check to "Kings Pointe HOA" and give it to Kings Pointe HOA Treasurer Ken Wellner.

PERKS

Membership has its perks! Members can attend many HOA functions - concerts, parties, breakfasts, among others - for $1 off the non-member admission price.

HOA MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

HOA Membership meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the second Monday of the month in January, February, March, October, November, and the Annual Meeting in December.
