Kings Pointe is an over-55 gated community located on Rt. 92 just north of the Winter Haven Gilbert Airport, about a mile southwest of Lake Alfred, Florida. Our community has 226 homes. The clubhouse address is 100 Winterdale Drive, Lake Alfred, FL 33850.
