Kings Pointe HOA Membership
DUES
Membership in the Kings Pointe HOA costs $15 per year. Dues are prorated for residents who join during the membership year (January to December). Make out your check to “Kings Pointe HOA” and give it to Kings Pointe HOA Treasurer, Wanda Atkins.
HOA MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
HOA Membership meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the second Monday of the month in January, February, March, April, October, November, and the Annual Meeting in December.
