Patricia M Koran

KORAN PATRICIA M. KORAN after 78 years, on June 6, 2015, joined many of her beloved family members in a heavenly homecoming celebration, with her son Jimmy, precious mother Florence, as well as brother Bob, mother-in-law Eleanor Koran and faithful friends, Mary Mack and Junie Holbrook. Pat married her high school sweetheart, Jim Koran and shared a crazy-beautiful journey of life side-by-side for 58 years. Their love story isn’t over, it’s just “to be continued”. They were blessed with six children: Susan (Jeff), Jan (Chuck), Carrie (Joie), Jimmy, Patrick (Jennifer), Amy (Chris).
Patsy’s happiness came from her Faith in God, Family and Friends. Children are a blessing from God and her cup over-runneth with joy for all of her 11 grandchildren and 3 (+ 2 “coming soon”) great-grandchildren: Shelley (Casey) and their daughters Emily and Alexis, Lindsay (Adam), Justin, Phillip (Amanda) and their son Beau (new arrival in September), Tessa and her son Kristopher, Zachary (Courtney) (new arrival in November), Courtney, Addison, Rylie, Alexandra, Larken and John. She had enough room in her heart for one more (adopted-in-love) daughter, Michelle. She adored her nieces and nephews: Bruce & Joan Koran’s children, Laurel, Michael and Kathy; Bob & Dorie Musial’s sons: Bob, Tom and John and William’s son Sean. She cherished her life-long, sister-friend, Josephine.
Family will greet friends from 3:00 TO 7:00 PM ON FRIDAY, JUNE 12th at VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME OF INDEPENDENCE, 6505 BRECKSVILLE, (RT 21 SOUTH OF ROCKSIDE). Celebration of life service immediately following at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, you can help us find a cure by supporting The Alzheimer’s Association .
A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Jennings Center for Older Adults for their loving care of Patricia and support of her family.”Children are the only form of immortality that we can be sure of.” – Peter Ustinov – See more at:
